• Each individual may hold only one account.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Baji20 may request a copy of your national ID or passport at any time for identity verification. We reserve the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is complete. This is done solely to protect our members.

3 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Baji20 currently supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Additional payment methods may be added in the future.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳300.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be made from an account registered in the member's own name.
• The use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

4 Betting Rules & Outcome Settlement

Once a bet is confirmed on baji20, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Please review the odds and terms carefully before placing any bet.

Bet Cancellation Scenarios

• If a match is cancelled before it begins, all bets will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, baji20 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match is abandoned mid-way, the outcome will be settled according to the applicable rules.

Live Betting

In live betting, odds change in real time. The odds in effect at the moment a bet is confirmed will be the ones applied. Bets suspended due to connection issues are generally considered void.

5 Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions

Baji20 bonus offers come with specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Each bonus has a specified wagering requirement. The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonuses have an expiry date — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Winnings from bets placed using bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.

6 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Baji20 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Misuse of the bonus or promotions system.
• Use of third-party payment methods or suspected money laundering.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusive behaviour.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform.

For permanently closed accounts, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded after the investigation is complete. Any bonus balance will be forfeited in cases involving bonus-related violations.
